I have spent the last four days focusing on eating nutritious foods and adhering to dietary requirements. However, I would say it was more difficult than expected, but as I kept the chart of dividing health food among the three meals of the day, it became a regular. It was challenging to break away from regular fast foods and replace them with more nutritious dietary choices. During these four days, I monitored my nutritional intake and consumed the recommended amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, fat, sodium, and sugar.
